한국 육군은 안보 및 작전환경의 변화에 부응하여 체계적이고 적극적인 군사혁 신을 추진하고 있으며, Army TIGER 여단 사업에서는 가시적인 성과를 공개하 여 국민의 기대를 모으고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 한국 육군의 군사혁신의 완전 성을 위해 여단을 넘어 사단급 제대의 군사혁신 방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 군사혁신 이론을 고찰하여 군사혁신의 추격형 모델을 분석의 틀 로 적용하였다. 따라서 선도형 국가의 관찰 대상으로 미국의 다영역작전과 MDTF를 설정하여 분석하고 한국 육군에 미치는 영향을 평가하였으며, 이를 바 탕으로 한국 육군에의 적용 방향과 한국 육군의 사단급 제대(Army TIGER 사단) 의 발전방안을 비교적 구체적으로 제안하였다.
초 록 [영문]
The Korean Army is promoting systematic and active military innovation in response to changes in security and operational environment, and the Army TIGER Brigade project has revealed tangible results, raising public expectations. The purpose of this study is to present a military innovation plan for division-level unit across the brigade for the completeness of the military innovation of the Korean Army. To this end, the military innovation theory was considered and the pursuit type model of military innovation was applied as a framework for analysis. Accordingly, MDO and MDTF were established and analyzed as observation targets for leading countries, and the impact on the Korean Army was evaluated, and the direction of the application of the Korean Army and the development of the Army TIGER Division were proposed in relative detail.
